The implementation of FAMA has represented a significant step in the digital transformation of infrastructure and services management for the Administrative Office of the Ministry of the Presidency. The reality is that over the last 3 years, with FAMA, requests have grown by 25% each year. Previously, the process was so complex that people did not report issues, or they would mention it in the corridor, complain to their manager, etc. Now that has disappeared. Any professional, of any kind (from porters and cleaning staff to any other hospital professional) uses the platform.

GeA is a key component in the corporate digital ecosystem supporting Facility Management for the Generalitat de Catalunya and its public sector. Through it, FAMA provides us with a digital solution, capable of continuous growth and improvement, for comprehensive and cross-cutting environmental management, while facilitating coordination between managers, the homogenization of processes, and strategic decision-making through personalized dashboards.

Through the FAMA CAE management tool, we have succeeded in highlighting the importance of Occupational Risk Prevention and are seeing an increase in the preventive culture we previously had at the RENFE Group. For our contractors, the tool has represented a major step forward in transparency and efficiency. They can upload their documentation and monitor the compliance status of their companies and workers at all times. Furthermore, we have achieved more exhaustive monitoring and a notable reduction in validation times.

This project is very important for Grisi: we want to stay current so that we have this type of information readily available. The fact that with FAMA you can see which asset you are referring to, on which floor it is located, what its characteristics are… contributes to the desired focus of the project.

With the FAMA tool, we have achieved the extra advantage we needed beyond simple resource booking: a platform that is intuitive for the user, addresses all potential needs, and allows us to leverage technology to obtain and export data. This ensures greater control at all times over every element and the efficiency of all resources—whether vehicles, meeting rooms, or any other asset made available to our users through the FAMA application.

For us, it is essential to have a system that enables comprehensive and objective management, ensures incident traceability, records all occurrences, and provides workflows that facilitate inter-departmental collaboration. Among its many benefits, it streamlines both certification processes and the measurement of Service Level Agreements with suppliers.

FAMA has allowed us to adapt in order to provide the appropriate response for each type of user and space, taking into account their great diversity: from offices and clinics to hospital centers and residential facilities, with the complexity and specific care and protection needs that these require. Furthermore, as it is a "predictive" tool, it allows us to anticipate and avoid risks regarding the decommissioning of a space due to unforeseen specific maintenance.

Due to its activity and history, Endesa manages a wide and varied real estate portfolio spread across Spain and Portugal. FAMA solutions are enabling the adaptation of this portfolio to new business needs, facilitating the profound transformation plan that the company is currently undertaking.

The FAMA AFM Technology Platform has provided Tendam with a unique channel for end-to-end management of corrective maintenance, enabling us to streamline incident reports from our more than 850 stores and the subsequent management of the companies that provide our facilities services. All this without overlooking the key advantage of integrating subsequent data analytics into a single platform—essential for the Maintenance Department of a company with such a volume of management processes.

Within our comprehensive real estate and associated services management project, involving challenges of such magnitude as the people and the cultural change required, as well as the large volume of properties to be managed, finding the right management tool has been a key factor in materializing our entire process of change and future evolution.
