The implementation of FAMA has represented a significant step in the digital transformation of infrastructure and services management for the Administrative Office of the Ministry of the Presidency. The platform has allowed us to centralize information, improve coordination between departments, and achieve more efficient, fully traceable, and data-driven management. In an organization with high operational and service complexity, having tools of this kind is key to promoting a more agile, modern, and effective Public Administration. Our goal is to continue moving toward an innovative management model that serves as a benchmark within the public sector.

FAMA has marked a milestone in the transformation and professionalization of maintenance management at Ballesol. It has allowed us to gain visibility, standardize processes, and have real-time information for more agile and efficient decision-making, as well as ensuring full traceability of all actions performed on our facilities and critical equipment—something especially important in a sector like healthcare and social services, where safety, service continuity, and regulatory compliance are priorities.

I would certainly recommend FAMA. Primarily for the solution it provides in our store operations and, above all, because of the great support from the team, which is adaptable and always available at all times.

The reality is that over the last 3 years, with FAMA, requests have grown by 25% each year. Previously, the process was so complex that people did not report issues, or they would mention it in the corridor, complain to their manager, etc. Now that has disappeared. Any professional, of any kind (from porters and cleaning staff to any other hospital professional) uses the platform.

FAMA facilitates our day-to-day task management. Everything is now centralized on one platform, making it easier to track work performed by both our internal teams and our providers. Furthermore, it has allowed us to establish a fixed/variable management model in our maintenance contracts with providers. Regarding the FAMA implementation process, I would highlight the dynamism, teamwork, and FAMA's total commitment to addressing and resolving all of our requests.

GeA is a key component in the corporate digital ecosystem supporting Facility Management for the Generalitat de Catalunya and its public sector. Through it, FAMA provides us with a digital solution, capable of continuous growth and improvement, for comprehensive and cross-cutting environmental management, while facilitating coordination between managers, the homogenization of processes, and strategic decision-making through personalized dashboards.

Through the FAMA CAE management tool, we have succeeded in highlighting the importance of Occupational Risk Prevention and are seeing an increase in the preventive culture we previously had at the RENFE Group. For our contractors, the tool has represented a major step forward in transparency and efficiency. They can upload their documentation and monitor the compliance status of their companies and workers at all times. Furthermore, we have achieved more exhaustive monitoring and a notable reduction in validation times.

This project is very important for Grisi: we want to stay current so that we have this type of information readily available. The fact that with FAMA you can see which asset you are referring to, on which floor it is located, what its characteristics are… contributes to the desired focus of the project.
